Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Order preparation takes 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 6–9 business days from the moment it is placed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily cut-off time is 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging included. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Products

Are your lamps suitable for all room types?

Yes. Our collection includes both table lamps and floor lamps designed to complement a wide range of interiors — from living rooms and bedrooms to home offices and entryways.

Do the lamps come with bulbs?

Bulbs are not included unless stated otherwise in the product description. We recommend using warm white LED bulbs (2700–3000K) for the best ambiance.
