Return & Refund Policy
At Grace New York, we want you to feel confident and happy with every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help and will make the return process as smooth as possible.
Returns
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging included
We do not charge any restocking fees.
If you would like to start a return, simply send an email to info@grace-newyork.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, so you can follow your return and ensure it arrives safely.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item instead of returning it, just let us know when you contact us. We'll happily help you find a suitable replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
